A Senior Move Manager is a person who has extensive training, experience and empathy – this enables them to provide a full range of quality support services for an older person who is downsizing their home in later life. We spend all day immersed in the work of Senior Move Management.

Michelle Park

Michelle is a housing professional with over 30 years experience in supporting people with housing issues, including time working within the housing policy, welfare benefits and supported housing fields.  She has worked for the National Housing Federation, local authorities and housing associations. In 2011 Michelle set up the Yorkshire Move Manager – providing specialist support to older people moving home. Michelle is a Board Member of a Housing Association. Michelle established and is co-owner of The Senior Move Partnership.

Andrew Toft

Andrew joined the business in March 2014 – helping to meet the growing demand for our specialist senior move service. With over 35 years experience in the housing sector, Andrew has worked for various housing associations and local authority providers. He has managed older persons’ housing provision and from a personal perspective of moving his elderly father into care, understands the need for effective support during this challenging time.
